Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins. This takes approximately 1 – 3 business days — not including weekends or holidays. After processing, All international orders are currently shipped from our offices in China. If an invalid address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an email from Customer Support Team requesting a new address to ship to which may prolong processing times.

Shipping Details

• Typically, DHL Express is used for countries in North America, while FedEx is used for countries in Europe. The normal delivery time is 3-7 business days. However, please note that there may be delays in delivery due to factors such as flight delays, adverse weather conditions, customs clearance delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we cannot guarantee 100% on-time delivery.
• If the package contains batteries, we can only offer a logistics shipping option for $20. This option utilizes a special logistics channel, providing a delivery time that falls between commercial express and standard express services.
